- data-tone="team|enemy" tints the value from the palette.
- .bui-on-map gives the phone cockpit's flat see-through plate.
- The readouts(parent, items, onMap) helper returns the value elements for fizlet/hud.
- BOARD-UI.md section 18; the browser test renders it with the real kit CSS.
- ui js 2,446 → 2,574 B gzip; ui css 4,602 → 4,737 B (budgets 3,072 / 5,120). No new tokens.
