Why fzlt
Four letters, picked so nothing else answers to them.
Fizlet™ is the name you remember. fzlt™ is its short mark: the npm scope, and the mark for tight spaces. We picked it on purpose, so nobody mixes it up with anything else. Today you install Fizlet with npm i @fzlt/core.

Unique
by design.
- No vowels. fzlt is not a real word, and not a misspelling of one.
- A z. It is one of the least-used letters in English.
- Nothing autocorrects into it. And nobody types it by accident.
- It is short. Four lowercase letters, quick to type in a command.
Fizlet stays the name in prose and headlines. fzlt is always lowercase, and lives where space is tight: npm, badges, the command line.
One mark,
everywhere you look.
The package is @fzlt/core. Bricks are subpaths: import { arcade } from "@fzlt/core/arcade".
Plain fzlt is requested from npm, and not ours yet. Until it is, the alias works: npm i fzlt@npm:@fzlt/core.
The GitHub org is github.com/fizlet ↗; the code stays at coded-dot-design/fizlet for now. fzlt.dev and fzlt.app are planned, as redirects to fizlet.com.
Fizlet and fzlt are trademarks of Chris Cooley.
